Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, the Pickens County School District will introduce a new learning pathway designed to provide students with flexible, high-quality educational opportunities - Pickens Virtual Academy.

Due to the timing of anticipated severe weather and to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families, all schools in the Pickens County School District and the district office will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, March 16, 2026.

Zoiee Jarrett, a Junior at PHS, is the winner of the February Meme Challenge in the Media Center. Zoiee submitted a cat reading meme to win a free book and a candy bar. Way to go Zoiee!
