Coach Pair has been involved with Pickens Athletics for 7 years. He currently coaches outside linebackers at Pickens High School and is the assistant golf coach for PJHS. This is his 2nd year with Pickens Bass Fishing and 1st as the Head Bass Fishing Coach at Pickens High School.

Originally from Jasper, Coach Pair is a former student-athlete and a 2016 graduate of Pickens High School. He was a four-year letterman at PHS in football and was voted on by his teammates to be a permanent team captain his senior season in 2015.  His senior year was also the first year of the Picken's High School Bass Club.  As a member and the club's first elected president, Coach Pair has relished watching its growth throughout the years. The accomplishments of past and current anglers have set a standard for the club's future. Pickens Bass has consistently competed at the highest level in Georgia and on the national tournament trails.
