Last week, a group of PHS seniors got a firsthand look at the opportunities waiting for them right here in our community during our Career Bootcamp Field Trip.
Students explored two different pathways based on their interests. Our healthcare group visited Good Samaritan and Piedmont Mountainside, while our industry group toured Amicalola EMC and Datwyler. The groups then met back at Chattahoochee Tech for a job fair and tour.
Experiences like this are an important part of our commitment to ensuring every student graduates and is enrolled, enlisted, or employed. By connecting students with local businesses and career paths, we’re helping them take the next step. A special thanks to Piedmont Mountainside for providing lunch for the students and chaperones.
